2:52pm: Yeah 911, that was me calling you who said 'I'm a person with a disability whose noise problem is making me suicidal and deaf at the same time.' I called you because it's an emergency. You transferred my call to the Vancouver Police. I told them my problem and they made a file for me - but they didn't tell me the number. They said that someone would visit me when they became available. I asked if I could call back and he said it wasn't necessary. Based on my last two desperate calls for help from last year, I don't expect them to take any further action for me. Not much fun for an honest man in this hideous crime culture, is it? I'm half deaf from a law-breaking neighbor whose law-breaking heroes are all dancing around on TV after spending the better part of the last ten years lying to the world with stolen and plagiarized material. Our local crime lord, Pattison, who wants to put everyone who steals from me on his billboards, has probably already instructed his police to turn a deaf ear to any pleas I might have for help when I suffer from crime. You have a U.S. president who'd look comfortable in a black shirt with a white tie. And I have to try to live in a home that is more intended for the dying. My ear is ringing bad. I wonder if the doctor will tell me to fuck off now.
1:20pm: A closing thought for my opening on my way back here this afternoon. I saw the headline on the new Georgia Straight, venerating some technician as a data wizard. So what kind of data wizardry is required to put eight years of my posts into another location while sending me to a fake home page when I sign in, as I reported happened to my YouTube account in July last year and nothing was done to fix it? How much data wizardry is needed to game all the links in my Star Copyright Offenders list? By what data wizardry do my page views end up always paying somebody else? Are you sure it's not data sorcery? If he's friends with that evil crowd, I'd be highly suspicious of his data. Speaking of data, given my awareness of how badly compromised by malicious hacking my songs and blogs are on the web, you'd think I'd not even bother to post to readers who probably can't even access my page, but at least I know my foes are reading it. I also know that God is reading it.
I'm not in the best mood today. My ear is infected again from having to wear my earplugs so much for that sadistic neighbour of mine. It's sore and I have constant ringing in my brain from it.
Hey, I got a good question about survival. Why would anyone be glad that a dirty fraud show like Saturday Night Live that stole hundreds of its comedy sketches survived? I think I'd be more impressed with its lone victim's survival in the face of such murderous brutality. But one thing you can be sure of: if a dirty fraud show like Saturday Night Live or Ellen survives, it's because truth and justice are dead. Now, get that studio audience to give them a big cheer!
Here's something I bet Christ would say if he were preaching in public today: a country run by bloody arms dealers seeks profit from bloody wars. And he'd be crucified by the arms dealers' media for saying it. We used to go to war as a last resort, after every alternative had been exhausted, but now they make up stories on the news to go to war because they're so eager to make those blood soaked profits and advertise their new weapons. I don't think it's worth all the money in the world if it costs you your heart.
I don't confuse spiritual salvation with financial success either. They are clearly at odds with each other, especially in such a corrupt world as ours, and I favour the former at the cost of the latter. Spiritual salvation comes from living in truth, not from living in luxury. The more feared the truth, the greater the spiritual payoff for its champion. I bet Jesus sees modern broadcasting as some kind of debilitating disease. But at least my struggle against it would please him.
Here's a poem I first wrote to make a point in 2007. I'd expect anyone who stole it and corrupted its truth to be the sworn enemy of Christ, but your broadcasters think you should cheer for them as stars.
The Visitation
The Lord can work wonders, supreme is His power
And the world had drawn close to its reckoning hour
So He sent Himself down in the form that we knew
To determine our fate by how well He would do
In the Holy Land where He first practiced his speech
On whose value of knowledge first brought Him to teach
He saw they made room for His worshiper's prayer
If only for outsiders visiting there
In the surrounding regions His words would resound
In the hearts of a people whose faith was profound
As a prophet they took Him, an honor most high
If not on the mark, it only fell shy
From there He went east to the Asian domain
Where belief in his Gospel Had not made a gain
And was nonetheless taken for one who was good
Whose message was heeded and well understood
Although wars most made up Europeans' dark past
Now their guns were put down and they'd found peace at last
In some parts of Africa anguish was great
For relief He would see that they'd not too long wait
Island-hopping Australia so as not to skip
He traversed the Pacific for the last of His trip
And in Latin America was well received
By a people who'd never seen and yet believed
But the U.S.A. hated Him at the behest
Of wealthy false prophets who condemned how He dressed
Their media mocked Him and called Him insane
And crucified Jesus all over again
So the whirlwind arose to correct their mistake
Though the good ones could refuge in Canada take
As calamity spun, salvation was won
By every place on the globe except one
