Show Business's Fault

Show Business's Fault

As you look at me in my little room with the sadistically ceaseless woofer noise leaking through my floor day and night, you might be tempted to tell me to spend more money on my rent. That's probably all the Vancouver Police would tell me to do - after they finished doing security at a rock concert made out of my songs that I don't get paid for. And who's on TV or the radio talking about Oasis and how their theft of Wonderwall improved the song? How did they fail to overlook Oasis and their theft of my song, Fortune? I think they just want everyone to think that bands help you when they steal their songs from artists. In fact, if the business put the artist in the studio with his own music, they'd get far better results, but they'd rather gamble on fraud and then get you to pass judgement on the poor victimized artist for not being 'good sounding' enough outside the billion dollar fucking bullshit studio for signed artists. That media asshole deserves to be fired for trying to poison the public with fraud love.

I'm not rich and it's not my fault. Show business is a dirty, nasty business, and the only ones who deny it are themselves in their barrage of mind altering broadcasts. That's why I avoid their evil broadcasts. And if this business ever wants to look good instead of like a criminal free-for-all, I'll hopefully not yet have died of old age. Oh yes, and getting paid for all my mountains of music and comedy would sure help with finding a better place to live, but I guess the media thinks rich stars should have all my royalties for my work.
